Perfume Oil Monoblock Filling Machine Working Principle

The Perfume Oil Monoblock Filling Capping Machine integrates bottle feeding, precision filling, cap placement and capping into one compact automatic system.

The machine works in a continuous production process which is controlled by a PLC system. First empty bottles are fed to the filling station through the conveyor system. Before the filling begins, the correct position is ensured by a photoelectric sensor that detects the bottle position.

Once the bottles are in place, the filling system automatically pours the correct amount of perfume oil into each bottle. The filling volume can be adjusted according to different bottle sizes and production requirements, ensuring consistent filling accuracy, and reducing product waste.

After filling the bottles are automatically conveyed to the capping station. The cap placing mechanism accurately picks and places caps on the bottle necks. For special perfume packaging such as long nozzle caps or customised closures, the dedicated cap positioning device ensures stable and accurate placement.

The bottles then proceed to the screw capping station where adjustable capping heads tighten the caps to the required torque. Versatile capping system can be adjusted for various sizes and styles of caps to provide a secure seal without sacrificing the aesthetics of luxury perfume packaging.
