Training:
We provide a comprehensive machine training system, giving customers the flexibility to choose training either at our factory or in their workshop. The standard training duration is 3-5 days.
Customers receive an operation manual to facilitate efficient use of our machines.
For additional support, we offer training and machine operation videos, ensuring customers have comprehensive resources.
Our commitment extends to remote control service, enabling assistance for customers unfamiliar with machine operation.
Installation:
Upon request, our skilled engineers will be dispatched to facilitate the installation and debugging of equipment at the buyer's location. The associated costs, including international double-way air tickets, accommodations, food, transportation, and medical expenses, are the buyer's responsibility. Full cooperation from the buyer is expected to ensure a smooth installation process.
Warranty:
We assure the use of the highest quality materials in manufacturing. Our machines come with a one-year guarantee. During the warranty period, any spare parts that malfunction due to supplier-related quality issues will be provided to the customer free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for freight costs if the parcel weight exceeds 500 grams.
