Nail polish, also referred to as nail varnish or nail enamel, is a lacquer used to adorn and shield human fingernails or toenails. It comprises a film-forming polymer dissolved in a volatile organic solvent. A common solution includes nitrocellulose dissolved in butyl acetate or ethyl acetate.

Nail polish bottles offered on the market come in sizes ranging from 5 to 15 ml, with 10 ml being the most prevalent size for nail polish bottles.

Operation Process:

1. Material Preparation: Ensure an ample supply of bottles, plugs, covers, and liquid medicine. Vibrating hoppers maintain a continuous supply of plugs and covers, positioned both inside and outside the designated cover locations.

2. Bottle Feeding: Bottles are organized and directed by the bottle feeder turntable.

3. Filling: Bottles are carefully positioned for filling through oscillation, followed by intermittent drive for filling, stoppering, covering, and screw capping. Liquid filling is accomplished using a peristaltic pump and an automatically moving needle that precisely fills the liquid in the bottle.

4. Plugging: Plugs are delivered from a vibrating hopper to the stoppering station, where bottles are guided by wheel clearance. Optical fiber detection regulates the stoppering cylinder solenoid valve, ensuring proper stoppering.

5. Capping: Bottles with inserted plugs proceed to the capping station, where screw caps are applied using a cylinder-based mechanism. The screw caps are rotated and lowered until securely fastened, with torque adjustments made for optimal tightness.

6. Bottle Egress: Capped bottles are conveyed away from the machine via the conveyor belt, prepared for subsequent packaging procedures.
