5.The machine delivers high filling accuracy of up to ±0.5% depending on the product material. The specially treated filling cylinder and anti-leak valve design ensure clean and drip-free operation.
6.An automatic cleaning function is integrated into the system, allowing operators to perform quick cleaning directly through the touchscreen interface without complicated disassembly, improving maintenance efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Main Parameter
A rotor pump filling machine operates based on the principle of positive displacement metering. Through a pair of synchronized counter-rotating rotors, the machine precisely performs product suction, metering, and discharge. This technology offers high filling accuracy, excellent product compatibility, and smooth, pulse-free material transfer.
Working Process
1.Suction Stage
As the rotors disengage at the inlet side, the pump chamber volume increases, creating negative pressure that steadily draws the product into the pump body.
The product is trapped within fixed-volume cavities formed between the rotors and the pump housing, then transported toward the outlet as the rotors rotate. Since the discharged volume per rotation remains constant, precise quantitative filling can be achieved by accurately controlling the rotor speed or rotation angle with a servo motor.
At the outlet side, the rotors re-engage, smoothly and continuously pushing the product out of the pump chamber to complete one filling cycle.
A rotor pump is a type of positive displacement pump mainly composed of a pair of synchronized rotating rotors, such as lobe rotors or gear rotors. As the rotors rotate inside the pump housing, the chamber volume changes periodically to transfer liquid. The product is drawn into the pump chamber, carried to the outlet by rotor rotation, and then discharged under pressure.
This design ensures stable, pulse-free fluid transfer and allows for highly accurate flow control, making rotor pumps ideal for precision filling applications.
A single-head rotor pump filling machine mainly consists of the following components:
The core transfer component responsible for flow rate and filling accuracy.
Provides power and precisely controls the rotor speed for accurate filling performance.
Enables parameter setting, filling volume calibration, and one-touch switching between different container specifications.
Stores the product material and can be equipped with heating and mixing functions when required.
Typically features an anti-drip diving filling nozzle with a suck-back function to minimize dripping and foaming.
Supports all machine components and is commonly manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel for durability and hygienic operation.
