Working Principle of  Tube Filling and Sealing Machine 

1.Automatic Tube Feeding & Positioning

The machine automatically feeds tubes from the hopper and uses a photoelectric detection system to precisely align printed marks, ensuring consistent sealing positions.


2.Accurate Filling

A precision metering pump quantitatively fills the product into the tubes with filling accuracy up to ±1%, while the anti-drip system keeps the operation clean.


3.Internal Hot Air Sealing

During the sealing process, the heating nozzle enters the tube and instantly applies high-temperature hot air to melt the inner tube material. At the same time, an external water-cooling system protects the tube surface from overheating. The sealing molds then compress the tube end to create a strong, smooth, and professional seal.


4.Finished Product Discharge
