Detection & Filling Photoelectric sensors detect each bottle's presence. The nozzles then perform vacuum filling to deliver exact liquid levels with minimal waste.
Automatic Cap Feeding Vibratory bowl feeders automatically orient and supply pump caps, middle caps, or outer caps, eliminating manual intervention.
Capping & Pressing Caps are accurately placed and firmly pressed onto bottles through a stable two-stage capping process, ensuring leak-proof sealing.
Bottle Output Filled and capped bottles are conveyed out, ready for labeling, packing, or the next production stage.
