Workflow: Manually place the products (on a conveyor line or bottle sorting turntable) → Products are automatically separated, corrected, and conveyed → Product detection → Labeling → Collect labeled products (for the next process) → Remove products.
Working Principle: After the bottles enter the labeling machine conveyor, they are fed into the labeling machine at a constant speed. The fixed device on the machine separates the items to be labeled by a fixed distance and pushes them along the conveyor. The mechanical system (drive wheels, labeling wheels, and spool) intermittently moves the label tape, pulling labels from the spool and applying them to the items through the labeling device.
Coding Machine: Hot coding machine prints production date, expiration date, batch number, etc. Coding and labeling are synchronized to improve production efficiency.
Inkjet Printer: Compatible with mainstream inkjet printers on the market, it can print codes at specified positions on the label, perfectly integrating with the labeling machine.
Sensors: Ordinary sensors cannot detect transparent labels; the German-imported Leuze special photoelectric sensor must be used for compatibility.
Reader: Reads QR codes, barcodes, and other information, facilitating the establishment of a product database for traceability
