Our sauce filling line is a fully automated solution designed for efficient and precise filling of chili sauces and other thick condiments. It handles a wide range of bottle sizes—100–500ml, 500–2500ml, and 1000–5000ml—and supports diverse bottle shapes such as round, square, hexagonal, octagonal, and custom designs. This system meets over 90% of the industry’s quantitative filling needs and can be customized (OEM/ODM support) to fit your specific production requirements.
At the core of the line is a piston filling system, ideal for handling viscous sauces with large particles up to 25mm. It ensures exceptional accuracy with a minimal filling error of just 2g—boosting precision by 50% compared to standard models. The filling machine can be configured with 2 to 16 heads, depending on your required production capacity.
The complete sauce production line includes a bottle unscrambler, sauce heating and mixing tank, piston filler, capping machine, and labeling unit—delivering a smooth, continuous workflow from preparation to packaging. The heating and mixing system ensures even consistency and proper flow of the sauce before filling.
All equipment in the line is built in compliance with international safety and quality standards and comes with a CE Certificate for added assurance.
All parts in contact with the sauce are crafted from premium SUS304 stainless steel for maximum durability and hygiene. A built-in rotary mixer guarantees even dispersion of particles in every bottle, and optional acid- and alkali-resistant modifications are available to suit specialized formulations.
When handling granulated sauces, the system employs pneumatic three-way and filling valves alongside individual stirring mechanisms in each tank to prevent solids from settling or congealing—ensuring a consistently smooth fill.
A purpose-designed filling head precisely deposits sauce without touching the bottle neck or body, eliminating drip-related contamination and streamlining subsequent capping and labeling steps.
The machine’s compact, modular layout lets operators quickly fine-tune fill volumes, reducing setup time and human error. Its straightforward design also makes installation, cleaning, and maintenance fast and hassle-free.
Filling nozzles are fully customizable: simply add more nozzles to ramp up throughput and meet higher production targets with ease.

1. How to choose the right sauce filling production line?
When selecting a suitable sauce filling line, consider the characteristics of the sauce (e.g., viscosity, particle content, flowability), production capacity (e.g., bottles per hour), packaging type (bottles, pouches, tubes, etc.), level of automation (semi-automatic or fully automatic), and budget.
High-viscosity or particle-containing sauces require piston or screw-type filling machines, while liquid sauces are better suited to gravity or flowmeter-based systems.
2. What are the core components of a sauce production line?
A typical production line includes:
Pre-treatment system (mixing, homogenizing, sterilizing)
Filling machine
Sealing machine (capping, pressing, heat sealing)
Labeling machine
Conveyor system
Inspection equipment (weight checking, metal detection)
End-of-line packaging and palletizing system
3. Can the line handle multiple types of sauces and containers?
Some machines support quick changeovers by swapping filling heads, molds, or adjusting parameters to accommodate different container types (e.g., bottle neck sizes) and sauce formulas. Cleaning and reconfiguring filling volume/speed are required between different products.
4. How is filling accuracy ensured?
Accuracy is achieved using high-precision sensors (e.g., load cells, flow meters), regular equipment calibration, and maintaining consistent sauce viscosity. For particle-filled sauces, anti-sedimentation features such as mixing tanks are essential.
5. How to handle foam or leakage during filling?
Adjusting the filling speed (slower flow rate), using anti-drip nozzles, or adding defoaming devices (e.g., vacuum degassing) can effectively reduce foam and leakage.
6. Does the production line require a sterile environment?
It depends on the product. For sauces requiring long shelf life (e.g., ketchup), sterilization equipment (such as UHT systems) and a clean filling area are necessary.
