Filling
After placing the oscillating bottle opener, the same thick disk is used for filling, sealing, and screwing on the cap. A peristaltic pump draws the solution through a silicone tube, and the filling station automatically fills the bottle as the needle moves up and down. Repetition of this needle movement ensures complete filling.

Capping
The solid plug in the bottle is repositioned with the screw cap disc. The cylinder spins to screw lids below and around, adjusting up and down to cover various sizes. When the bottle stops straight, a decrease in spin secures the lid, finishing the screw cover. The continuous torque design of the screw cap body ensures firmness after installation and facilitates automatic sliding, preventing damage to the bottle cover or threads.
