3. Filling: Upon detecting a bottle ahead, the PLC directs the filling nozzle to descend into the bottle for precise filling.
4. Sprinkler Cover: The system checks for bottle presence, and the swing arm-type cover pre-rotates to cover.
5. Screw Capping: Utilizing a servo motor, torque and speed are controlled to ensure consistent and tight capping.
6. Bottle Exit: Finally, the capped bottle exits the conveyor belt.
