Automatic Economical 2/4 Nozzle Bottle Filling Machine
The NP-EVF automatic linear viscous piston filling machine is designed based on the NP-VF model, offering exceptional flexibility in accurately and rapidly filling thin to medium viscosity liquids.
Manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame, the NPACK automatic linear piston filler is equipped to support 2 to 4 fill nozzles, featuring PLC Controls, a touch screen interface, food-grade contact parts, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum construction, along with numerous other standard features.
It enhances efficiency across various production lines in industries such as cosmetics, food, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and personal care. Additionally, options are available to meet specific requirements for sanitary, hazardous, flammable, and corrosive environments.
1. We have introduced a new design for our automatic piston liquid filling machine, inspired by innovations from abroad. This machine utilizes a programmable control system, offering selectable filling models, adjustable specifications, and emergency stop alerts. With intelligent indications and a user-friendly interface, operation becomes more convenient. Additionally, it is simpler to adjust, clean, and maintain, providing the versatility to fill various bottle types accurately.
2. To meet diverse requirements, we offer customization for all kinds of models. Optional features include anti-drip and anti-drawing filling heads, a lifting system for filling foamy liquids, and a lateral bottle positioning system. The quantity of filling heads can be increased according to specific needs.
1. Upon activation of the automatic filling system, empty bottles pass through a photo detector. When the input bottle photo detector registers the preset quantity of bottles, the system controls the bottle blocker to engage, halting the bottles. The filling head descends to fill the bottles until they reach the correct position, ensuring security and reliability. If set for secondary operation, the system performs a second fill after the first. Upon reaching the set fill level, the PLC sends a signal to stop filling, prompting the filling head to rise, and the bottle blocker to retract. As the posterior bottle blocker returns, the output photo detector counts four bottles, signaling the release of the first bottle blocker. Simultaneously, new bottles enter, repeating the process.
2. Concurrently, the PLC receives signals from the liquid level sensor, monitoring changes in the work liquid stored in the cylinder. The liquid compensation system maintains the liquid level within the cylinder's appropriate range, ensuring precise filling.
