Working Principle

1.Bottle Positioning and Filling

Empty bottles enter the filling station and are detected by photoelectric sensors. Once the preset number of bottles is in position, the bottle stopper holds them securely in place. The filling nozzles then descend and begin filling. After the preset filling volume is reached, the PLC stops the filling process, raises the nozzles, and releases the filled bottles. New bottles then enter automatically for the next filling cycle.

2.Automatic Liquid Level Control

A liquid level sensor continuously monitors the product level in the filling cylinder or tank. When the level drops, the automatic feeding system replenishes the product to maintain a stable liquid level, helping ensure consistent and accurate filling.
