The Fully Automatic Ink Filling, Capping, and Labeling Production Line is an integrated automated packaging system specially developed and designed by our company for liquid products such as ink, printing ink, and writing ink.
This production line integrates multiple processes, including automatic bottle unscrambling, filling, cap sorting, cap feeding, capping, sealing, labeling, and coding. It can automatically complete the entire production process from empty bottle loading to finished product output.
The equipment is widely used for the filling and packaging of various ink products, including printer ink, inkjet ink, ceramic ink, printing ink, and writing ink.
Main Feature
Equipped with a piston filling system, the filling error is ≤±0.5%, ensuring consistent volume in every bottle.
The PLC + touchscreen control system enables centralized operation with one-touch control. It features functions such as no bottle, no filling, automatic counting, and fault alarms. The entire production line requires only 1–2 operators for operation.
No tools are required for bottle changeover. The filling nozzle spacing and guide rail height can be quickly adjusted to accommodate various sizes of round or square bottles/containers.
All parts in contact with the product are made of 304/316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and meeting hygiene standards for the chemical industry.
The filling system effectively prevents ink dripping and splashing during the filling process, helping keep the equipment and working environment clean.

The complete ink filling line mainly consists of the following equipment:
Automatically organizes and conveys empty bottles to the production line.
