Working Principle of Horizontal Small Vial Labeling Machine

The Horizontal Small Vial Labeling Machine is designed for accurate labeling of small round bottles, vials, ampoules, and other unstable containers. Its horizontal feeding and labeling method ensures smooth transportation and precise label application.

1. Horizontal Bottle Feeding

Small vials are loaded into the machine and separated individually by the bottle separation wheel. The containers are arranged horizontally on the conveyor and move forward steadily for labeling.

2. Automatic Label Peeling and Application

The label roll is driven by the traction system. When passing through the peeling mechanism, labels are automatically separated from the backing paper and accurately applied to the vial surface.

3. Label Rolling and Finishing

After labeling, the vial passes through pressing rollers or a wrapping belt. The container rotates during the process, allowing the label to be smoothly wrapped around the bottle surface and firmly attached without wrinkles or bubbles.
