6 Wheels
- Each wheel’s speed is independently adjustable with frequency control.

Two-layer Bottle Clamp Belt
The double belt height can be adjusted to suit different bottle sizes, and the angle can be set according to bottle shape for improved stability. The speed is frequency-controlled to synchronize with the conveyor and capping system.
Motors
- Six motors are used to drive six capping wheels, and can be upgraded to servo motors for adjustable torque if required.
- Two motors are used for the bottle clamping belts.
- One motor controls the vertical height adjustment of the machine.
