1.Starting with an Empty Container:
The process begins with an empty tinplate or aluminum container that moves through the production line.
2.Filling the Can with Liquid Product:
Once the containers are positioned, the liquid product is fed into the can, excluding the propellant. At this stage, liquid volumes are checked for compliance with Weights & Measures standards.
3.Aerosol Valve Installation:
The aerosol valve is carefully placed on the can, and the crimping device is securely installed to prevent any leaks from the can or valve seal.
4.Propellant Injection:
