How Does Ultrasonic Cream Tube Filling Sealing Machine Work?
Empty tubes are automatically loaded into the tube holders and indexed through the working stations
After positioning and orienting the tubes, the pre-set quantity of product is placed in each tube by the filling system. The filled tube then goes through the ultrasonic sealing station. The ultrasonic sealing station uses high-frequency ultrasonic energy to create localised heat in the sealing region. This heat quickly and securely bonds the tube material together.
After sealing, the tube end can be trimmed for a neat appearance and optional batch coding or date embossing can be applied before the finished tube is automatically discharged.
