A sensor at the entry ensures the presence of a bottle before filling begins. Operators synchronize the filling machine's speed with the conveyor's speed using variable speed drives for smooth and accurate operation. Pneumatically operated bottle stoppers are positioned at the entry and exit of the bottles. These machines come equipped with thunder pipes, and in special cases, silicon pipes (for hot products) or stainless steel pipes (for solvent-based products) are provided for extended durability.

1. The machine utilizes Panasonic servo motors to drive piston pumps, delivering high speed and precise filling accuracy. Filling volume adjustment is effortless, done directly on the touch screen. Compared to traditional cylinder filling machines, it significantly reduces setup time.
2. Featuring a fully automated PLC and human-computer touch screen control system, the machine offers convenient operation. Different volume settings, such as 100ml, 500ml, and 1000ml, are pre-programmed into three modes (Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3) and can be easily selected. The PLC retains these parameters for future use, simplifying operation for operators.
3. Constructed with stainless steel SUS304 and SUS316L components, the machine incorporates world-class brand components for reliability and durability.
4. Equipped with a sensor on the tank, the machine automatically starts or stops the pump to transfer liquid or paste. For hot filling applications, a double tank is employed to maintain material temperature, complemented by an internal mixer for even mixing and optimal filling accuracy.
5. Ensuring precise positioning of bottles and filling heads, a special bottle positioning device is integrated to facilitate smooth and stable filling. The machine features a "no bottle, no filling" mechanism.
6. Specially designed filling heads feature anti-drop, anti-draw, and bubble elimination functions. Additionally, diving filling heads move in tandem with liquid levels for enhanced accuracy.

2. The PLC converts pulse numbers and pulse rates, which are then transmitted to the stepper motor drive.
3. Upon receiving pulses, the stepper motor drives the high-precision gear pump as per the settings on the touchscreen, facilitating the filling process.
4. Accommodates filling of glass and plastic bottles with varying heights and diameters.
