Piston fillers accurately measure and dispense free-flowing products, including thin and/or moderately dense liquids, into containers. Each machine is equipped with one or more volumetric pistons, operating through a fill/release cycle. During the intake stroke, the product is drawn from the container or hopper into the product cylinder. Subsequently, the downward stroke initiates once the product cylinder reaches its predetermined fill level. The piston then expels the product from the cylinder into the container.
