Product Description

Automatic  Pesticide Liquid Filling Machine

Pesticides are chemical substances designed to eliminate, repel, or control specific forms of plant or animal life considered harmful or undesirable. This category includes herbicides for removing weeds and unwanted vegetation, insecticides for managing various insects, fungicides for inhibiting mold and mildew growth, disinfectants for preventing bacterial spread, and rodenticides for controlling pests like mice and rats.

Our Anti-Corrosive Filling Machine (Linear Type) is specially engineered for filling corrosive pesticide products with precision and durability. Operating on a volumetric dosing principle with diving nozzles, this linear type filling system offers high accuracy and minimal spillage. The machine features a compact and modular structure, enclosed in a matte-finish stainless steel frame that resists corrosion even in harsh chemical environments.

Key components include a stainless steel slat conveyor, reciprocating self-centering nozzles, and high-precision stainless steel syringes. Designed for safety and efficiency, it also comes with a built-in “no bottle, no fill” system, ensuring zero product waste and reliable performance in pesticide production lines.

Unique Features:

1.Employs a gravity-based filling method, optionally equipped with a diving filling system and specialized anti-drip nozzles featuring stoppers—similar to those used in wine bottles—to effectively prevent leakage and ensure clean filling, particularly suitable for foamy liquids.

2.Highly versatile, this machine is ideal for filling corrosive liquids into straight-neck bottles, and can easily adapt to oblique-neck bottles by simply replacing the positioning plate, offering maximum operational flexibility.

3.Compatible with both viscous and non-viscous corrosive liquids. For handling thicker products, an optional piston-assisted filling device can be integrated to maintain accuracy and consistency.

4.Available in multiple configurations with different numbers of filling heads, such as 6, 8, 10, 12, or more, to accommodate varying production capacities.

5.The entire machine is constructed from high-strength PP (polypropylene) material, featuring a cutting-edge structural design that provides exceptional corrosion resistance and 100% leak-proof performance. Compared to PVC and stainless steel, PP offers superior durability and chemical resistance, making it ideal for corrosive environments.

FAQ about Pesticide Liquid Filling Machine

  1. What are the main tasks that a fully automatic pesticide filling machine can complete?

It automatically completes precise measurement and filling of pesticide formulations (liquids, emulsifiable concentrates, suspensions, aqueous solutions, etc.) into containers such as bottles, barrels, or tanks. It also handles capping (screw caps, press caps, sealing), labeling (optional), date coding (optional), conveying, and other processes.

  1. Compared to semi-automatic filling machines, what are the main advantages of fully automatic ones?

  • High production efficiency: Continuous automatic operation with fast speed and high output.

  • High filling accuracy: Uses precise metering systems (such as peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, flow meters, weighing systems) to reduce waste and ensure product consistency.

  • Reduced labor dependency and contact: Lowers labor costs, reduces operator exposure to pesticides, and improves safety.

  • Good stability: Automated control reduces human operational errors.

  • Easy integration: Can be conveniently connected to production lines (such as bottle unscramblers, capping machines, labeling machines, packing machines, etc.).

  1. What key factors should be considered when selecting a fully automatic pesticide filling machine?

  • Characteristics of the filling material: Viscosity, corrosiveness, presence of particles, foaming tendency, etc.

  • Container specifications: Shape, size, material (plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal drums, etc.), and bottle neck size.

  • Production capacity requirements: How many bottles/barrels need to be filled per minute/hour.

  • Filling accuracy requirements: Allowed tolerance range (e.g., ±1%).

  • Functional needs: Whether automatic cap feeding, screwing/pressing caps, labeling, coding, etc., are required.

  • Material requirements: Parts in contact with the material must resist pesticide corrosion (commonly 304/316L stainless steel, special plastics such as PTFE/PP).

  • Safety requirements: Explosion-proof rating (e.g., ATEX, IECEx for flammable solvents), protection rating (IP rating).

  • Site and utilities: Equipment dimensions, power supply (voltage, power), air supply (pressure, flow), ventilation, etc.

  • Budget: Initial investment cost.

  1. How is filling accuracy ensured? What is the typical accuracy range?

Accuracy is ensured through precise metering methods (weight-based being the most accurate, followed by volume-based such as servo or piston pumps; peristaltic pumps are suitable for small volumes and high viscosity), high-precision sensors, and stable control systems.

Typical accuracy is between ±0.5% and ±1% FS (full scale). For high-value or strictly controlled pesticides, weight-based systems can achieve ±0.1% or better. Specific accuracy depends on equipment configuration and material characteristics.
