Automatic Top & Bottom Sides Labeling Machine
The Automatic Plane Labeling Machine is specifically designed for labeling various flat surfaces and plastic sheets, as well as applying protective films. It offers high precision labeling with no bubbles, and features an automatic identification function that adjusts the label head operation based on different products.
Core Working Principle:
The sensor detects the product and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. This signal is processed by the PLC, which then triggers the label to be applied at the correct position on the product. As the product passes through the calibration device, the label is firmly attached, completing the labeling process.
