Automatic Chemical Liquid Filling Machine

         The chemical liquid filling machine, designed to handle volumes ranging from 100ml to 5L, utilizes piston pumps and servo motor control. This fully automatic model is suitable for filling liquids into plastic and PET bottles, making it an ideal choice for industries such as Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Agriculture, Animal Care, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemicals. The Servo Piston Filler is a highly flexible servo-based volumetric piston filler, capable of volumetrically filling liquids with low to high viscosity, including thin liquids, thick liquids, and creams, with or without particulates. The product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with either a buffer tank equipped with a level-sensing float or through a manifold using direct draw or recirculation methods. As a chemical liquid filling machine, it ensures precise and efficient filling for a wide range of applications.

1. High precision filling is achieved through PLC control, with adjustable settings for volume, filling speed, and more. Separate ball screws connect guide pillars and lifting beams.

4. Automatic bottle feeding and counting.
5. Easy to clean and disassemble. A single row of cylinders reduces pollution or leakage during cleaning.
6. The three-way valve for filling prevents any leakage and extends service life.
7. Reduced foaming. The liquid holder prevents bottles from being filled when the filling nozzle is off.
8. PTFE sealing parts improve abrasion resistance, and the stainless steel 304 structure prevents corrosion. A glass door prevents pollution.
9. The filling machine automatically stops if bottles are jammed or fall.
