Items such as films, PE bags, cartons, and cards are initially placed in a stacked arrangement (with a set limit) within the paging mechanism. This mechanism then automatically separates each item, transferring it onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor employs vacuum suction to securely hold the items in place as they move. Once an item passes, a fiber optic sensor detects its presence and sends a signal to the labeling control system. Based on pre-configured settings, the control system dispenses a label at the precise location, adhering it to the item as it continues along the conveyor. As the item moves under a roller, the label is firmly applied.
Process Flow: The operator manually loads the items to be labeled -> the items are automatically singled out and moved along -> detection of the items occurs -> application of the labels to the items -> collection of the labeled items for removal.
