Operation Process of Tincture Bottle Labeling Machine:
1.Bottles are placed on the conveyor manually or via an automatic bottle turntable.
2.A bottle separator ensures appropriate spacing between bottles to maintain stable operation.
3.All actions are controlled by PLC, automatically detecting bottles and labels, and applying labels on both sides of the bottles.
4.The machine features a "no bottle, no labeling" function, issuing automatic warnings in case of label absence or shortage.
5.Once labels are applied to the bottles, the label pasting device secures them firmly in place.
6.Subsequently, the bottles proceed to the next stage of processing.
