Labeling Process:
The bottle is conveyed into the astrolabe via the conveyor belt. As it passes through the bottle measuring unit, it triggers a signal to the PLC. Following a delay, the dial rotates clockwise to a working position. When the bottle reaches the labeling roller position, the bottom of the bottle is affixed. The bottle marking unit detects the bottle, and simultaneously, the bottle rotates clockwise with the rotating labeling roller. The bottle labeling unit signals the PLC when the positioning sensor at the bottom of the bottle detects it. After bottom positioning, the electric eye locates and sends a signal to the PLC. Subsequently, the PLC controls the label feeder to apply a label to the bottle. Concurrently, aided by the labeling roller, the entire label is securely rolled and affixed to the bottle. Once the bottle's surface is labeled, the star pull plate rotates clockwise to a working position, and the bottle is transported out, completing the labeling process.
