During the end of 2019 and 2022, our engineer can not go outside of country, and our users can not visit our factory for machine operation and installation training. how we solve the issue? what we do is take each equipment operation and installation video,livestream FAT  and training customer operator.All of these actions are helpful to our users. All the achivement is due to our Professional team.

Thanks for our team and Clients,it was a difficult 3 years from 2020 to 2022. Under our professional team efforts and our users cooperation, we have a good sales service, and after sales service.A satisfactory feedback is our Motivation for  continuing service.Our team works with 2 shifts, our service engineer and salesman working at mid night for the time difference. When the liquid bottling equipment arrival at site of customer, what we can do is only help and guide operator.

What We Do for you

when we receive an inquiry from customer, important to know the details about requirements, bottle or container samples and the factory layout, then we will offer a professional quotation, normally takes less 5 days.

When the solution is approved, our engineer team will design the equipments or whole liquid bottling line according to the offers, the users factory layout, products features, container size ect.

Metal parts CNC processing,Polish, coating,the technicians have more than 10 years working experice in processing, assembling,installation. ISO quality production managements

every our machines will be tested before shipping, we will do the FAT, and send to our customer,it is not only a FAT documents, also including testing video, training video,operation video.Normally, we will running the machines in our factory more than 24 hours.

Training is including in our service, we will train the users how to operate,maintain the machines, and will teach them what is the points need to care, and how to clean the machine,what is needing attention,etc.

All the machines before shipping will be packed well, and even a small spare parts will have a tool box.High quality exported standard wooden boxes packed.

Good quality packaging of machine will Reduce the shipping risks.and the packaging will save your shipping cost, it will decide if booking a 20FC or 40FC or LCL. We have professional team do this job, they will make a drawing on a CAD to simulation loading a container.
